We're al....most there

Thursday, days of exhaustion. But im relived, as the week is coming to an end. Or rather, the weekends are approaching. And again, we get caught in the exact same cycle of monday to friday. boring, repeating cycle.

Had the most interesting chinese lesson of this year so far because we get spilt into groups and there's loads of time wastage. but, i guess it was productive as well. yes. rather.

After 1.5 hours of chinese lesson I was like " yay yay break! ", and a one hour one too. One hour breaks actually feel like a BREAK unlike 30 minutes break where you get down to the canteen and after finishing the plate of chicken rice, plus queuing precious seconds away for the bottle of green tea, and also probably keeping the plate and etc etc stuff. you're left with only 15 minutes, and LESS than that. at least durin one hour breaks, we have the bonus 30 mins (aside from the other 30 min) to keep us alive, and rejuvenate our poor minds and souls.

Yes. Break. I don't mind if school ends late, breaks are good and I love them, because I get to heal my wounded mind. And I don't like consecutive lineups of lessons which can kill. Pardon me, I have a weak stamina brain. Just not used to actually paying attention in class.

Ok, finally we're getting closer to the GIST of the post. Which is the fire drill. Fire Drill, is not a drill specially designed to drill holes into the scorching flames, and rather, is a lame useless excercise executed for the sake of formality and the sake of completeness and so called "safety". wow, what a nice definition. Infact, it is a activity known as "stand in the field, stone your time away". And yes. this would be actually the best activity if the fields actually had aircon and chairs.

But no, fields are called fields for a reason. and there is no aircon or whatsoever..only the DAMNIT, yes damn sun. that set pespiration tickling down our foreheads and causing our dry uniforms to be soaked in not so pleasant smelling liquid.

Being a man, the sun is nothing. Being burned and sweating like a pig with like a thousand other compantriots alongside. It certainly builds "school spirit". You know how suffering can bond people together. but that wasn't the actual suffering. to us men, physical stuff is nothing. we get hurt mentally.

And yes. the psychological damage dealt was worth 30 minutes of break time.

And i know im whinning like a baby . 30 minutes of break, however, when used to fullest extent, can heal a mind to full health, and restore fighting spirit. as us warriors, we have to fight a day's worth of battles. and, mana is important. i don't wanna collasp on the way home.

but incase you didn't notice. im actually exaggeration. Instead of putting effort into a time wasting fire drill, the school could actually just have a better exacuation plan. Have fire extinguihsers at ever corner of the school. Have better escape routes, for example, more staircases. And yes, the BACKGATE.

What if one day we're all corned at the field with the canteen/hall and the classroom blocks on fire. Where do we run. Everyone will panic, except me.

Because I will scoff and laugh and ROFL at the principal whom refuse to build my backgate!!!

But stil, a fire is seriously impossible. But wait, since nothing is impossible. I guess a 1.0X10^(-10000) sounds like a generous percentage. Infact, very generous. One in a billionth chance.

If time is money, and we spent 30 mins per year doing drills since primary one. We could certainly have enough money to build a fire station, along with a nice stylish fire engine to go along with it.

Oh wait, maybe not.

And maybe every school should have their own fire station. At least I know PJC isn't capable of that. (and ACJC certainly have the means to do so). [imagine ACJC fire station. Kewl!! roxXor!].

As an alternative, we can have a fountain. Or maybe we can have some pipe linking to PJC's own canal for a seemingly infinite supply of water to extinguish even the greatest forest fires.

And fires, can never break out when Im not in the chemistry lab.

Heck, I don't get the deal with fire drills.

Okay, I probably wasted like one fifth of the time I lost during the fire break ranting about this. Time wastage links to more time wastage and more and more time is wasted. Not a very good idea isn't it.

And just for completion's sake, I gotta finish the story.

Oh I got owned by miss wong for folding paper aeroplane with a freshly given piece of note today.<---more randomness

Great. After that was a pathetic math lecture about MacDonald's Series. No wait, I don't get the name but it's some Macchlorine thing. Macdonald and chlorine gas doesn't go together. Now i think it's macclaurin or something along those letters.

Never sit beside danial during math lecture. he whines and cries when he doesn't understand what's going on.

People should learn from me. Know? Act blur. Don't know. act blur. it's all in the art of deception. Please, for simplicity's sake, don't let the whole world know if you can do or even if you can't do. you're either showing off OR embarassing yourself.

But it's managable. Just tedious and not very good for mathematically clumsy people. Like me whose 9-3 becomes SEVEN. Crap.

Geog next. Or rather, to me, it was completing my chem tutorial. (while getting most of it wrong because i have no idea how to do them). I don't remember a single shit from geog lecture. Geog afterall, is boring. but it's easy. and i just wanna know how I screwed up for the test.

GP. GP GP. got to know that my POEM (yes that ONE about the dog getting squashed by cars). got selected for exhibition. And thanks to that, i got additional work today. and that is to decorate that piece of poem with pictures and stuff. Seriously....I seriously don't like the idea of that. And just to remind you, I got owned for folding paper aeroplanes!!!

Break again!. 30 minues negligable break. Which did nothing to heal my "yelling in pain" braincells.

The day drags on with double science tutorial.

I was staring at the Root mean square speed paper for a long day FIGURING why the brackets changed. When it was simply a typo change in the brackets, which meant nothing. Man, i really notice useless stuff.

But it was kinda easy too. Physics. At least not till I try the questions.

And SPA next week. Woohooo. Now to relive seconary school days of single digit practical scores. Oh wait, I should actually make some effort to change my horrible practical habits and innocence. Im a practical noob, and I don't deny that.

But still...

Chem wasn't easy. If you notice, I always say this is easy and that is easy. But chem isn't hard too, it's just not too easy. Moderately uneasy. get what I mean? Now, chem tutorial was nothing more than a lecture with the lecturer closed up and zoomed at like 20X.

Don't know why but I actually thought that chemistry turned into art for once. and we were doin nothing but visualising 3D shapes of bonding shapes in chemical bonding. what trigonal bipyramidal, bent? Wth? all the nonsensical art pieces formed by atoms that have NOTHING to do but to arrange themselves so artistically.

Not that I dislike that. but it makes me think that electrons, atoms, ions etc are actually smarter than human beings.

It was evident that human beings cannot arrange themselves properly even during simple excercises like fire drills. But atoms on the other hand, know exactly what to do and how to arrange themselves for the best.

And on a more artistic note, they too, know how to create art. and they're much better in creavity. which puts us humans into such deep shit because we got to study each and every possible way atoms can put themselves into.

Interestingly enough, atoms are more mathematically inclinded as compared to us because they can calculate their own angle between one pair and another pair and tell if they're violating some rule in chemistry. yes that lone pair, bond pair one.

Who owned who, now would you kindly think and then tell me the ans?

Seriously. humans are like stupid. at least when you compare when with atoms.

Wait, do atoms have brains.

I know that sounded a hella confusing if you don't take chem. If you figured nuts about what im talking, then forget it. It's dedicated to people who actually went through the traumatic experience of visulisnig bond shapes in 3D and hurting themselves in the process.

And yes, at the end of a gruelling and disturbingly long day of exhaustion.

Im not tired actually. And im hyped up for some unknown reason. perhaps because tommorow is the day of slack. whereby we go to school to relax and practice nothingness. Besides chinese, PW and math, the rest of the periods can be regarded as crap, and rest time. Assembly is nothing but assembling students to some rendevous point and making them listen to crap for like a designated period of time. and that's meaningless when we have a retreat point known as the awesome HALL toilet equipped with benches and fan, which are so ultra conducive for sleeping.

but you always find that someone's lying there before you. and aww, there's no booking system.
booking of toilets, sound wrong. in any case.

schooling is a process not only about transforming and upgrading your brain capabilities (like from 0 ghz to some 4 ghz duo core processors, with some people burning their motherboard in the process), but is also a course and natural process to learn how to sleep while sitting down or standing up. And not only that, as a bonus, we get to learn how to go into power saving mode with our eyes opened.

Assembly is a good time to learn unorthodox sleeping methods. And i appreciate the school's intention.

Forgive me as Im in a very cranky mood today. Fire drill drilled holes in my brain. And to spare readers from more tortore. One good word to say now is "farewell".
