Happy birthday to myself. Im 17 now!
Dunno if I should be happy or sad but 17 feels like a big jump from 16. This is the only year which I am not going to have a party. because perhaps maybe i have grown out of it, or for some unknown reason I am too lazy to organise one.
School was fine, as it was prac day today. I was spacing out during phy prac and end up I didn't know how to set up that super troublesome thingy. which resulted in me actually playing the apparatus the entire session and not fixing it seriously. as the teacher explained i was playing the games on my Graphic calculator so wasn't paying attention. so end of the day, I din finish my graph, and not only that, one amazing fact that will shock the entire world is that I got no readings at all...
I was just not in the mood to do it seriously
but thankfully chem prac i was abit faster this time. but i had some screwed up iron (II) alumnium sulphate solution that didn't change colour AT ALL during titration.
WTF.
I tried collin's solution, and i got some okay okay readings. I don't rmb adding wrongly, (adding wrong masses of the solid iron (II) alu sulphate,). i don't knowwhat went wrong. which is frigging scary.
Imagine in exam when you do titration and you realize your DARN conical flask (or rather, it's contents) doesn't change colour at all. and your purple Potassium Manganate just flows down like nothing and the thing is still forever purple.
Great, I did that but still I manage to get consistent 2 readings.
And then, just when I thought i crossed the greatest obstacle of weirdness and unpredictability in chem pracs. I realize..I realize.
I don't know how to do the mole calculation, and time is running out (and no i can't close the door of the chem lab to prevent time from running out, yea literally).
But fret not, it's just a normal LAMO chem prac session. Not SPA yet. just yet. practicals are nightmare to me.
Today had chem lecture where the chem lecture thought chemical bonding. I couldn't remember a single shit from the last lecture which was like 7 days back. So i was lagging at first but i manage to understand overall what the heck the lecturer was talking about and finally everything made sense.
At the end of the lesson the teacher said something. " I hope you all will go home and read the notes as next week I will move very fast ".
LOL. read that literally and you'll get what I mean.
Imagine ur lecturer zooming into the lecturer hall at velocity of 3.00 X 10^8 m/s and spinning her fingers and pressing her powerpoint slides at insane imbal speed.
Yes, so next week I will move very fast.
Go ahead, be my guest.
If you still don't get what I mean, you must have flushed your sense of humour down the bowl the last time u visited it.
It's not very funny anyway. It's just me making a huuuhaaa out of everything stupid I hear. Or rather, making everything I hear stupid.
And do you know that 100 plus is created from IRON.
Yes, it's VERY true. You oxidie Fe2+ to become Fe3+, and you oxidize it futhur to become Fe4+ and finallly after a long long time, yo uwill get Fe100+ and you can remove Iron by some filtration and drink your 100 PLUS!
Cool?
It's a joke for those who don't get it.
Probably some shameless meaningless logicless one.
Okay. today was mainly weird pac sessions plus chem n maths lecture (which should be renamed the GC lecture). grr i was playing GC games on my graphic calculator (which i figured could be more fun than my PSP!).
And yes. P.E. today was a rather SLACK lesson of PE. because all we did was run 2.4Km and have our timings taken again. I got 9.48, which is quite okay. I think but still, I got lots more to work on. I am happy that I did improve by abit from my very disgracing 10:37 to 9.48. But im still grossly sad that i didn't get 9:23 and below.
I hoped to at least beat my very own sec 4 timing. and now i can't even beat it. im so darn disappointed. but still i ran relatively fast compared to my class.
1st lap and 2nd lap i was sober enough to listen to the timings on each lap. after each subsequent laps i was like soo lazy to calculate mentally using mental sums to figure each lap time. My 1st lap time was 1:30, and 2nd was 1:35. I don't know about the rest, but if you use some diminishing effect theory and take it as my stamina falls constantly, and with my final time of 9:48 you'll see my individual lap times.
At half the journey (which is 1.2KM). i was 4.44. ( i just rmbed).
1st lap time-1:30
2nd lap time-1:35
3rd lap time-1:39
My timing for 2nd half=9:48-4:44
Which is 5:04
the difference for my 2nd half of the run is like 20 seconds difference.20 seconds spread out evenly in 3 laps would be something like 6 seconds, 6 seconds, 8 seconds.
so my 2nd half probably looks like
4th lap time-1:36
5th lap time-1:41
6th lap time-1:47
Due to the nature of the 2.4 KM run and the nature of human beings. the 2nd half (aka the 4th and 5th especially), laps are supposed to be the hardest and toughest.
And yes just some thing I always like to thing, and something which keeps me going " if you feel like you're going to drop, don't stop. If you stop and walk, you have run all the way to this point for nothing ". in other words, all your running till where youve stopped is wasted.
Unless you're fine with it. perservence is the key.
First time Ive ever analyzed my own run.
I believe last yr my timing was better. 9:23. I would maybe be able to pull it off this time, IF i were on better form.
I need to train more. After this run, Ive decided 8:50 would do for me. I just want 8:50!
okay enough. after the slacky PE lesson I went for badminton at cck. and yea so im back here. i got tons of work to do. geog and chinese n the graph which i din draw at physics (heck i'll draw it sometime later, and yes...erhm, my PI which i have no absolute idea on what im supposed to do).
Heck. school work.
Duh. thats so me.
It'll manage some how.
I wish my homework were emo so they would cut themselves (into shreads) so i don't have to do them.
But I wish Iwish
They never come true...
