Yes, this is totally retard. Napfa, consist of 6 sections when actually only ONE is relevant. And that is the 2.4Km run. 2.4Km run truely defines fitness. I dun know why the others are there, are they fillers or what?
I don't see the connection between being able to do pull ups and being fit? No linK! absolutely no link at all.

Im saying this cause im insanely angry. Angry with what? the unfair syllabus. No everyone wants to have a musclar and insane biceps to be able to do pullups WITHOUT the initial bonus JUMP power + the flexing of legs for aid. This is insane. Pullups are fine, but whats with this strictness. Totally uncalled for. and retard.
Zero Pull Up. Ive done 2 last year and that was because I could flex my legs and jump on the first one. This time, not at all. I see many guys getting slaughtered with a ZERO score just like me. Now someone tell me, what has STRENGHT got to do with fitness.
It's not as if you need to push rocks in dungeons. In that case, u always got Hm04 Strenght.

But seriously. Of all things, pullups killed my entire napfa. I realized even getting a silver is now impossible because of pullups. This is INSANE, UNFAIR and RETARDED.

Please. I don't intend to be Super Mario who is always stuck hanging on a cliff. Even if I would be one, seriously, the stamina to last and pounce on all the devilish fiends in the overworld is probably more important.
Ok enough of flaming. I shld quit whining and start doing something. Got like at least 1-2 weeks to train for it, and i think i shld be able to do 2 by then. and then, because the school made me angry. nxt year, i'll be getting 10 for them to see.
ah yes. sit n reach. i think that was fine. im not complaining. naturally, i am not exactly very flexible so even though i got 41cm im quite satisfied with it. though it's not an A.
Shuttle run. Fine was well.I got my first run forfieted because I threw the bean bag. WTF. and i don't know why my focus wasn't there n i was running half-heartedly and i couldn't grab like the beanbags properly. (actually they were kinda slippery). But i managed 10.3S in the end, while struggling to grab the beanbag properly.
Only this 3 stations so far. Ive completely lost hope and morale in this battle. seriously WTF pullups. Im gonna get a 8+ plus 2.4km run and SCOFF at the system. Seriously, fitness is important, and strenght doesn't count.
