new obsession

Yawn. And WTH my keyboard is making really weird squeeky noises and it makes me sound retarded typing this. It's not that I can't type with this sound but it makes me think it's going to break anytime. Imagine if you can, the sound of a spring (or coil) that has been extended and released again, repeatedly. Yeah, that is the sound from my keyboard, and the most obvious (and loud) one coming from the spacebar..

And. One thing which I experienced again. (and im sure you don't want to), is to play Dota halfway and realized your mouse battery went flat. You panic and try to desperately guide your hero to safety. And then...things don't get any better (even by screaming and yelling WTFs into your monitor screen), enemies discover you. they surround you, BOMB. morpling waves you, bane grips you and you're dead. You revive at the fountain and you find yourself cursing your enemies. " WAIT MOUSE NO BAT LAH". and then they start flaming you about using lame stupid excuses. Out of depression (and sadness), and trying your best to find spare batteries in the 5 metre radius of where you were sitting, you leave the game. And if you were still in it, you hear people saying "banned gg". (or something along those lines).

One thing I learnt, either->use a wired (if you look carefully it sounds like weird)mouse (in some way i find them better), OR-> get like tons of spare bats and put it near your com incase it happens again. And now this stupid springy (my own invented word) noise from my keyboard is really annoying me. Now, maybe that's retribution for spamming.

If you noticed my title, my new obsession is not pertaining to how my mouse spoit.I did not develop a habit of collecting batteries overnight (or in this case, today.) Was playing a sport called badminton in cck hall again. (good thing PJC finish school at 1pm so I finally have to play against). Met farjar sec sch team people, and played with them. They had 3 and we had 2. So it was taking turns playing doubles. I only remembered playing 2 sets of doubles and won the first and lost the 2nd. I'm very keen on writing a narrative on this one but a pity I don't know their names....so..i can't really do much about that.

I reazlied my form is alot better today. Not suprisingly, I believe it was because I woke up at a very (miserable) timing of 12 noon. (more sleep=more rest=more power=more concentration). so people should not neglect sleep ya? My new obsession involves backhand smashing! it's like woots, the feeling is sooo nice (though it hurts my wrist a little). I still can't lob (only once in awhile) with my backhand. But it certain feels nice to smash and when pepople can't take it there's double the gratification. more gratification=more satisfaction=more enjoyment=more worth for money. (everything boils down to money huh? nah i don't agree, and im being lame here so excuse me for my rubbish and nonsense). Backhand dropshots aren't really as accurate as before (before my 2 month break in preperation for olevels it was much better then). I could not really do much crosscourt backhand drop anymore. (only once in awhile). and one Farjar dude kept playing some weird formation in doubles.

It goes like this. No matter what happenes, as long as he pushes to any of the rear corners, he would move infront and want to tap something. that is like sooo lame. but too bad we don't have lightning speed if not we would smash their front back formation into bits and pieces. 2 guys playing mix doubles formation is too weird.

Speaking of mix doubles formation. It's nice to play at the back (especially when im teaming with a gal or small children), but once upon a time when I was very noobish I only could play infront whenever partnering WZ. Now I have more strenght and more stability and technique, playing at the back seems fun.

And im like slightly obsessed over dropping the center to make both enemies panic and scramble. My forehand slice drop has been neglected for something because I keep doing stick smash or just a mild drop to the corners...tried a few slice drops and it got TAPPED. (AWWW feel so demoralized)...

Smashing has never been my thing. Or rather, i'm not a smashing person. But recently my smash has improved several notches (not in speed), but actually it's my stability (i guess). Thanks to the scissors kick technique which I recently started using (or actually a long long time ago but I never noticed). anyway scissors kick is a very good way to increase power in lobbing and recoverying motion. I don't know why some people just don't use it. And by the ways, scissors kick refers to the shuffling and exchange of positions of the right and leg leg while in swinging motion..

AHHH. long time sine ive posted anything like this. self-evaluation posts. LOLS. I still don't have the courage to do the peter gade fient at the net (it's like soooo scary). I believe i can pull it off, but believing is just not enough. you really got the guts to do it...too bad yonex doesn't say "just do it"..LOLS
