5 hours+++ of excercise today for me. Not a single muscle ache. Played another 2 hours of badminton with uncle steven and gang again at cck. then played tennis with my bro for one hour at diary farm at night. LOL. and im not TIRED. serious.
Talk about excercise. Walking can make one lose weight? dream on lah. scientist may say so, but if walking can make pple lose weight there won't be fat people anymore. I think one game of badminton or any other sport is like equal to months of walking. Granted, it is undeniable that walking is a form of excercise, but it's really softcore to be labelled as excercise. it's more of a daily function (that human possess the ability to carry out), that has been overrated...
Then how about jogging. Ive seen some adults really jogging. Yeah jogging at the pace when people can't even differentiate whether he is jogging or brisk-walking. whats the point? I don't think jogging is good excercise. If you jog, it better be long distance. Because for me, i think jogging is pointless (and boring), running is better. Run some 3KM, all out and then call it a day. Why waste time?
To me now, 2 hours of sports is definitely not excercise. In the past, I feel that 1 hour of playing anything (including soccer in the garden) is like excercise and I will actually feel like Ive excercised for the day. Now, after 2 hours of sports and I even forget whether I have excercised for the day or not. Yeah 5 hours of sports today and i don't feel anything. I must be superman or what. Not even the slightest hint of muscle ache or even fatigue. Im wide awake and fresh. How can people get so tired after like 1 hour of excercise. Dang, this world is full of unfit people.
I know my post may seem offensive. My stamina isn't very good either, but I certainly feels that my body recovers at a fast rate (naruto anyone?). Bleh. It's like, I can excercise in the morning, then another time n the afternoon, and then go for a swim at night. It's like...super fast regeneration. True, I may feel tired on the spot...but give me 30 mins rest and Ill be fine again.
Speaking about stamina., it's been a long time since I ran 2.4Km. i bet my timing will be alot worst this time. Probably about 10 min? Mine was 9:23 for the actual napfa and i tot it was quite good (considering i don't have an athelete's build). Actually I feel i can do better now. Maybe I should really go and run and time tommorow. Actually despite saying all this, afterall Im not superman and I can feel tired. I think playing against wz and sim for one hour will make me shack (but again, give me 30 min and ill recover)...
Oh and yeah, my download speeds are back! because I realied starhub (or suxhub) are throtting MY bittorrent speeds and I use some encyrption setting from bit comet to bypass the throtting thingy. Stuff going from about 25-40kb/s. It's not fast...but well, better than 1-2kb/s.
Ive finished bleach till chap 259. Pretty good so far. It's about Ichigo, Chad, Ishida OWNING lousy espadas so far and showing off their new powers. we also get to see renji and rukia with the gang at the arrancar place (4got whats the name..zzz)..
